High flow service for Toyota Caldina CT15b turbocharger

This is a service that high flows OEM CT15b Toyota Caldina turbocharger.
High flowed turbocharger will be fitted with a brand new core with larger steel made wheels and factory housings bored out to suit.
This turbocharger must work with an fully operational blow off valve (BOV).

There are three options in high flowing the CT15b turbocharger. The HP they can support is either in 430HP, 480HP, and 500HP. The larger profiled high flow is laggier in comparison to the smaller option. Both 480 and 500HP profile comes with an upgraded 38mm billet internal gate, running a minimum boost pressure of around 18psi in a very free flow setup.

Factory actuator has very limited travel, our high pressure actuators has a lot more, means the wastegate opens at a much wider angle allowing better boost control. This additional part is strongly recommended with any turbo profiles.

How does this service work: Job has to be either dropped off in person or delivered to our Po.Box.
The turn around time required is upto 10 working days, invoice will be sent upon the completion of the job, payment is required prior dispatch.

Please note aftermarket water and oil lines are required after high flowing. We can currently supply the oil feedling line only. Because the bearing housings are differ from original, you will need to dummy up the turbo, making sure housing orentation is adjusted if needed to fit your plumbings before final fitment. We will be more then happy to advise upon installation.

Return shipping: is not included in the sales price. You can pay for postage at checkout and that will be your return shipping amount paid for.

​Condition of the donor turbo: Donor turbo can be blown, with broken fins, or damaged wheels. Cracked housings depending on the extend of damage has to be repaired prior profiling. Clients will be informed if repairing work is required, quotes will be given before additional work taking places.
