This is a service that machine and porting internal gate assembly.
This service can be done to majority of internally gated turbochargers. That includes:
T3 for Nissan RB25det engines
T28 for SR20/CA18 det engines
CT15B for Toyota 1JZ engines,
T3 for Holden VL engines,
GT3582 for Ford Barra engines.
A oversized internal gate flapper assembly can be supplied and installed.
It is usually in 38mm depending on materials available on turbine housing. The bunk is machined from a high grade stainless steel.
To complete this job, we will need the turbine housing by it self only. It can be mailed to our po.box address listed on this site. The usual turn around time is 3 working days.
