This is a service that high flows factory Nissan M35 turbocharger.
Our service of high flowing a turbocharger involves re-profiling of both compressor and turbine housings in use with a brand new core that has larger steel made compressor and turbine wheels. High flowed turbocharger is capable of producing more power, handling greater amount of boost with better reliability. Lag is a concern for M35 stagea owners. Our current high flows uses ball bearing CHRAs for better throttle response.
This turbocharger must work with a fully operational blow off valve (BOV).
M35G1-BB is a ball bearing option that is a steel wheeled factory spec turbocharger, similar response and drive ability with more power through out rev range, T3 print CHRA, direct bolt on. This is also the biggest that works with factory ECU and fuel system.
M35RV1 is a ball bearing turbo that has similar turbo behavior to OEM turbocharger. This is the biggest option that is happy working with factory management and fuel systems before triggering throttle cuts. This turbo is good for up to 230awkws on Pump fuel with aftermarket management system.
M35RV2 Is also custom trimmed turbo using a ball bearing core, It is still very responsive, and good for up to 260rwkws on P98 fuel. This turbo will trigger an throttle cut WOT in 3rd+ gears running factory management system. You can get away with it bypassing OEM sensors, but strongly recommended working with a tune-able ecu.
M35RV3 Is an larger ball bearing option, T3 print CHRA, bolt on, Supported 275awkws on P98 while and 326awkws on E85. It also produced the most power with the least lag. Turbocharger holds a minimum boost pressure of 20psi and capable of holding a steady maximum boost pressure of 28psi. High pressure actuator is strongly recommended. This option is only recommended if fuel, ecu, intake, cooler and exhaust mods are present.
M35RV4 Is an largest ball bearing option so far, T3 print CHRA, bolt on, Supported 411awkws on E85 fuel. it is also very responsive. Turbocharger holds a minimum boost pressure of 25psi in a free flow setup and capable of holding a steady maximum boost pressure of 35psi. High pressure actuator is strongly recommended. This option is only recommended if fuel, ecu, intake, cooler and exhaust mods are present.

How does this service work: Job has to be either dropped off in person or delivered to our Po.Box.
The turn around time required is up to 10 working days, invoice will be sent upon the completion of the job, payment is required prior dispatch.
Please note there are three oil restrictors built into the M35 Stagea’s turbocharger oil feeding system. That are the banjo bolts including the one that is inside the sump, it is not a required to be drilled using any of our BB high flow options, but must test and make it is not blocked. High flowed turbochargers using Garrett CHRAs by request requires intake pipe spacer, oil and water lines plus drain fittings. Braided oil feeding line is not included in sales price, but strongly recommended working with any of the high flow profiles. Due to the length of the shorter Garrett bearing housings, factory cooler piping will need to be fabricated for fitment. We do not re-use factory CHRAs, All CHRA components supplied with our high flows are brand new. High flowed M35 turbochargers includes an large wastegate bunk with factory internal gate ported out.
Return shipping: is not included in the sales price. You can pay for postage at checkout and that will be your return shipping amount paid for.
Condition of the donor turbo: Donor turbo can be blown, with broken fins, or damaged wheels. Cracked housings depending on the extend of damage has to be repaired prior profiling. Clients will be informed if repairing work is required, quotes will be given before additional work taking places.
Inline oil filter is strongly recommended working with this turbocharger.
Warranty: 12 Month unlimited KM warranty comes with all of our turbochargers. Warranty voids if failure caused from Installation faults, Oil starvation, Operational, faults or object damages.
