High flow and ball bearing conversion service for Audi S3, VW Golf R IS38 and Golf GTI IS20 turbochargers. High flowed turbo can support up to 550HP.

Factory housings will be stripped and machined to suit a larger set of wheels.

Profile available: SS2 480HP, SS3 550HP using Ball bearing CHRA. High flowed turbocharger bolt back to standard position as an OEM replacement, they do require braided water and oil lines to work.

SS3 profiles do require working with upgraded fuel, ecu, cooler and exhaust.

Warranty: 12 Month unlimited KM warranty comes with all of our turbochargers. Warranty voids if failure caused from Installation faults, Oil starvation, Operational, faults or object damages, We are not liable for the cost of many mechanical charges involved in fitting or removing of the product nor any shipping costs involved.

Dyno reading show before and after IS20 turbo upgrade running against an IS38 turbocharger with Stage 2 tune. Both turbochargers has been targeted to reach 30psi through electric actuator while the high flowed IS20 reaches the target while the IS38 out of puff. SS2 profiled
