This is a service that high flows factory OEM 1JZGTE-VVTi Turbocharger.
Service includes:
Upsized compressor wheel
Upsized turbine wheel
Profile machined compressor housing
Upgraded turbine housing
Flapper mod assembly upgrade
Optional Actuator assembly upgrade
Optional Ball bearing conversion
Ball bearing centers requires braided water and oil lines to operate, inline oil filter is highly recommended. Oil feeding line and water line banjo adapters can be supplied at additional cost under our additional components tab. Factory oil drain adapter can be modified to suit the new core.
The turn around time required is roughly 10 working days.
This turbocharger must work with an fully operational blow off valve (BOV).
High flowing profiles using our custom .82 turbine housing / new turbo housings:
G3 Profile is capable of making up to 290rwkws on pump 98 or 350rwkws on E85 fuel. It is only recommended working with aftermarket ecu and fuel systems. High pressure actuator assembly is highly recommended.
G4 Profile is capable of making up to 310rwkws on pump 98 or 370rwkws on E85 fuel. It is only recommended working with aftermarket ecu and fuel systems. High pressure actuator assembly is highly recommended.
SS2 Profile features custom billet compressor wheel, is capable of making up to 310rwkws on pump 98 or 370rwkws on E85 fuel with better throttle response. It is recommended working with external gate fitted on the rear housing or exhaust manifold, has the capacity to reach 400rwkws on E85 fuel. This model is again only recommended working with aftermarket ecu and fuel systems. High pressure actuator assembly is highly recommended for internally gated applications.
High flowing profiles using standard turbine housing:
G2 high flow option works with factory mangement and fuel sytem. It is capable of making up to 240rwkws on pump 98 fuel with the right supporting mods and tune.
G3 Profile is capable of making up to 270rwkws on pump 98 or 310rwkws on E85 fuel. It is only recommended working with aftermarket ecu and fuel systems. High pressure actuator assembly is highly recommended.
G4 / SS2 profiles option is only recommended working with our .82 / brand new turbo housings.

How does this service work:
Once order is submitted and paid for, Job has to be either dropped off in person or delivered to our Po.Box.
Condition of the donor turbo: Donor turbo can be blown, with broken fins, or damaged wheels. Cracked housings depending on the extend of damage has to be repaired prior profiling. Clients will be informed if repairing work is required, quotes will be given before additional work taking places.
Warranty: 12 Month unlimited KM warranty comes with all of our turbochargers. Warranty voids if failure caused from Installation faults, Oil starvation, Operational, faults or object damages, We are not liable for the cost of many mechanical charges involved in fitting or removing of the product nor any shipping costs involved.

Amazing turbo, I have the atr45sat g4 bb and it’s amazing, great response, holds boost with no issues, holds torque and power all the way to redline with no tapering at all, have it on my 2003 Toyota Crown Athlete V Estate S2 Premium makes 248.3rwkw and 776.8nm at 16.5psi untuned and auto, runs low 11 are underlies and couldn’t be happier with this product, been running it almost a year now and never had an issue with it, would hands down recommend this turbo
