This is a service that high flows factory OEM Holden VL RB30et turbocharger.
High flowed turbocharger will be fitted with a brand new core with bigger size wheels, factory housings will be machined to suit.
Profile option:
G2: Support up to 450BHP.
G3: Support up to 500BHP. Aftermarket .60 comp housing with 3 inches inlet and 2 inches outlet is included. Option is recommended working with upgraded management and fuel system. Upgraded actuator assembly is included.
G4: Support up to 600BHP. Aftermarket .60 comp housing with 3 inches inlet, 2 inches outlet is supplied. T3 .82 Turbine housing with 3 inches dump pipe is also included. Option is only recommended working with upgraded management and fuel system. Upgraded actuator assembly is included.
Standard bush bearing high flowed turbocharger bolt back to factory location using standard water and oil lines.
Braided oil line with water banjo and oil drain adapters comes standard with ball bearing options.
High flowed turbocharger must work with an fully operational blow off valve (BOV).
How does this service work: Once job is submitted and paid through our site, standard turbocharger has to be either dropped off in person or delivered to our Po.Box. The turn around time required is usually 10 working days. Job will be freight back upon completion.
Return shipping: is not included in the sales price. You can pay for postage at checkout and that will be your retern shipping amount paid for.
Condition of the donor turbo: Donor turbo can be blown, with broken fins, or damaged wheels. Cracked housings depending on the extend of damage has to be repaired prior profiling. Clients will be informed if repairing work is required, quotes will be given before additional work taking places.
Warranty is for 12 month period from date of purchase, excluding failure caused from Installation faults, Oil starvation, Operational, faults or object damages. We are not liable for the cost of any mechanical charges involved in fitting or removing of the product nor any shipping costs.
