This is a ball bearing bolton upgrade IS38 Turbocharger for MK7 Golf R , GTI, or Audi S3 with EA888 Gen 3 Engines

Profile available: SS2 570BHP, SS3 610BHP using Ball bearing CHRA. Turbocharger bolt back to standard position as an OEM replacement. Electronic actuator and diverter valve is not supplied, factory actuator needs to be installed and adjusted. Water and oil line kit is supplied.

SS3 profiles do require working with upgraded fuel, ecu, cooler and exhaust.

All Turbochargers needs to have a fully working diverter / BOV valve to operate. Factory plastic valve do shutter under high boost pressure that needs to be upgraded.

Warranty voids if failure caused from Installation faults, Oil starvation, Operational, faults or object damages, We are not liable for the cost of many mechanical charges involved in fitting or removing of the product nor any shipping costs involved.

Dyno reading show before and after our IS20 turbo upgrade running against an IS38 turbocharger with Stage 2 tune. Both turbochargers has been targeted to reach 30psi through electric actuator while the high flowed IS20 reaches the target while the IS38 out of puff. SS2 profiled
